Nick is the Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance Practice for Lysis Financial. He has more than 15 years’ experience gained across Financial Services, both in the UK and abroad. His experience includes working with numerous private sector organisations, three central bank and two regulatory authorities.

 

Nick specialises in strategy, risk and regulation, providing integrated advisory and change management solutions. Nick was part of the development of the risk-based performance management methodology and subsequent published book.

 

Nick is a lecturer and guest speaker at Cass Business School and the College of Policing and is a regular speaker at the British Bankers Association.
